How to re-apply/appeal your US Visa refusal?
Every individual seeking entry to the United States of America (USA) under non-immigrant category need to comply with the basic requirement set by the USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services). A visa, contrary to popular belief, does not guarantee entry into or stay in the USA. It merely means that a Consular/Entry Clearance Officer has found the visa applicant eligible to apply for entry into the USA and the final decision lies at the discretion of the Officers at the port of entry.
Non-immigrant visas category are for people who simply wish to visit the USA for a specific purpose such as business, tourism, study, etc. This only applies to temporary visits. The rules and laws pertaining to the grant or refusals are dealt under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
